Our Story
Tomas Moimar started as a simple idea: serve coffee that respects the bean, and cocktails that respect the guest. No gimmicks, no pretense — just a neighborhood spot where the pour is deliberate and the atmosphere is easy.
Located on Kings Highway, we've built a space that feels equally right at 8 AM on a Tuesday and 10 PM on a Friday. The coffee program rotates through small-lot origins. The bar menu shifts with the seasons. The people who walk in become the regulars who make this place feel like home.
